Jörg Henseler is Professor of Product-Market Relations at the Department of Design, Faculty of Engineering Technology, University of Twente (Netherlands). Moreover, he is Visiting Professor at Nova Information Management School, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal; Distinguished Invited Professor at the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales, Universidad de Sevilla, Spain; and chair of the scientific advisory board of ADANCO. His research interests include the development and application of partial least squares path modeling (PLS), design and brand management, services marketing and innovation management. Prof. Dr. JOSe BENitez

Jose Benitez is a Full Professor of Information Systems (IS) at Rennes School of Business, France. Jose is also Visiting Professor of IS at the University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands, and Instructor of PLS Path Modeling at the PLS School. His research interests cover the study of how the firm's portfolio of IT capabilities affects organizational capabilities and firm performance, and the development of PLS path modeling in the field of IS. His research has been published in leading IS journals such as MIS Quarterly, European Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Information Technology, Information & Management, and Journal of Business Research. He currently serves as Associate Editor for European Journal of Information Systems and Information & Management, as Guest Editor of Decision Sciences, and as a Guest Associate Editor for Decision Support Systems. Florian Schuberth is an Assistant Professor at the Chair of Product-Market Relations of the University of Twente, the Netherlands. He obtained his Ph.D. in Econometrics at the Faculty of Business Management and Economics of the University of Würzburg, Germany. His main research interests lie in Structural Equation Modeling, in particular in composite-based estimators and their enhancement. He is a co-inventor of confirmatory composite analysis and lead programmer of the R package cSEM. Florian has published his work in various journals such as Behaviormetrika, Frontiers in Psychology, Internet Research, Information & Management, Quality & Quantity, and Journal of Business Research.
